Hey everyone! I'm so excited that I actually had time to link up with Farley's December currently. It seems like by the time I can get around to it, the month is nearly over. Well, I'm heading back over to Farley's page over at Oh Boy 4th Grade to find some more blogs to stalk. Be sure to link up!
RAK- for my 30th birthday I decided to complete 30 random acts of kindness. Although some of the activities were planned in advance, I still think that this was a nice way to give back to others. I invited a few friends to help me out and we delivered flowers to the elderly, cleaned up around my church, left coins at a laundry mat for others to use, and helped people load their groceries into their cars. I also celebrated my friends by providing them with a homemade lunch. It was so rewarding to think about others rather than myself on my birthday!
I love the idea of 30 random acts of kindness for a 30th birthday or for any birthday for that matter. I def want to do that someday!!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about needing more time. I wish we could figure out how to make that happen! Merry Christmas!
