There are so many wonderful ideas out there for keeping students motivated. Like many of you, one way that I reward my hard-working kiddos is with table points. At the end of the week we count the table points and the winning team gets to sit on these babies...
I purchased these chair cushions two years ago for about $5 each at Wal-Mart. My class goes crazy for them! Even being this far into the school year, they still work so hard for them. I have been using chair cushions for about 4 years now and they're a hit every year! What reward systems do you have for your students?
Hey ladies, I just found you and am your newest follower. LOVE your blog title..very clever. I do the same thing for table points also I have chair pockets that my mom in law made and they get to hang them on the back of their chairs too. I'm just down the road from you in Temecula. :o)

ReplyDeleteDru, thank you for the comment! You could always buy the chair cushions and start now as a way to keep your class motivated as we reach the end of the school year. Then you will have the cushions ready to go for next year's class!
